The deaf and the image - the image of the deaf / film creation of the deaf

Saturday November 7, 2009 from 10AM to 6PM - on the theme: deaf, who are we?

Since 1992, the Centre Multimedia organises each year, within the framework of the Festival, the annual meeting “The deaf and the image - The image of the deaf”. The meeting is a militant event for a better acknowledgement of the needs and interests of the deaf in Belgium. The 2009 meeting still mobilises the deaf community in Belgium and in Europe and is more and more successful.

Organised by the Centre Multimédia de la Communauté Française, the Centre Francophone de la Langue des Signes (CFLS) and the Centre Média Sourds (CMS), The meeting is open to all, the debates take place in French and sign language.
